Yoga with

I came to yoga after moving to London in 2010. It was in a small studio in the southeast part of the city where I took my first class, an Ashtanga-based flow.

At that time, I was working in my eco-friendly business and trying to deal with the stress of daily life in a big city. After practicing regularly Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyenga yoga for some years, in 2016 I traveled to India, where I completed my first 200HR Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yogpeeth School. After the qualification, I had no doubt about my path as a yoga teacher and jumped headfirst into the teaching career in London. In 2017, I decided to close my old business and went back to India, to the incredible mountains of Dharamshala, to study at Hatha Yoga World Center. After 3 intense months, I was certified as an advanced 500HR yoga teacher.  I am forever grateful to my teachers in India.

Back in London, I fell in love with the uplifting Rocket system and meditative Yin yoga. So I decided to take a Yin Teacher Training at Triyoga Camden under the guidance of Sarah Lo, and an Advanced Rocket Vinyasa with Good Life Yoga school, under the guidance of Marcus Veda and Hannah Whittingham.   

I have gratitude to all my teachers, in particular: Marcus Veda, Jason Crandell, Emi Tull, and Stewart Gilchrist. You all rock!!! And I have learned a lot from you. Thank you.

From an Italian family, I was born and raised in Brazil before moving to London where I lived for many years. In 2019, I moved to Malmö, Sweden. Since then, I have been trained in Hot Inferno Pilates, Hot Earth Yoga, BackMitra, Vinyasa Sequencing, and Essential Yoga Anatomy.
